Responsibilities
This opportunity is for an senior analyst / consultant to provide a wide variety of support to the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Program Management Office (EAPMO) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Washington, D.C. Under general supervision, the candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders across DHS headquarters and its Components.

Duties include:

  • Support the EA PMO with facilitation and governance support
  • Support coordination and collection of information to support program assessment reviews
  • Coordinate communications with multiple stakeholders across DHS
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, programming, and operations documentation, as well as procedures and methods including user manuals and reference manuals
  • Support the drafting of responses to GAO, OMB, and Congressional inquiries
  • Assist in reviewing existing policies, directives, and strategic plans and provide recommendations for updates as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Secret Clearance Required; DHS EOD preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture and federal government standards a plus
  • Strong ability to manage time and organize priorities within deadlines
